Are you new to using the CAT4 and Topbar software, or do you need to refresh your skills?
This session will provide you with knowledge on how the CAT4 suite can:
- improve your patient care with early identification of chronic disease risk
- assist in reducing medically avoidable adverse events
- streamline your business process
- improve data quality
And how you can use CAT4 to:
- easily identify patients who are not meeting clinical targets
- get prepared for the Quality Improvement PIP
- build targeted registers for recalls and reminders
- identify income potential in areas of chronic disease management
- provide evidence to support quality improvement initiatives as part of accreditation
